Webvisions

I’ll be attending the Webvisions conference tomorrow and Friday. I’m very much looking forward to it. It will be nice to step outside of the library-web community and take part in a conference that deals with the web from a different perspective. Having said that, much of the program deals with many of the same issues that come up in library discussions of services and web interfaces, issues like accessibility, user interface design, and user-generated content.

There are quite a few sessions I’m looking forward to, but I’ll have to make some tough choices because there are so many good ones offered.

I won’t be blogging non-stop through both days, but I will try to post something from each day, and some summaries of what I learned.
